“Contours,” thoughtfully combines geometric and illusionary studies with the industrial facade of One Eyed Studios. By meticulously creating weatherproof paintings on this functional architectural element, Minihan invites viewers to explore and contemplate. The illusionary contours play a fascinating role, as our visual system infers edges and shapes through interaction with the geometric forms present.
